1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Imaan Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Imaan Pro mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Privacy & Data Collection

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Services, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. The Services

Imaan Pro provides Islamic content and tools such as prayer times, dua collections, Quran reading, Qibla guidance, and other features designed to support your daily spiritual practice. Features may change, be updated, or be removed over time.

5. Account Registration & Termination

●You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).
●You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or use the app anonymously (guest mode).
●You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. This will permanently remove your profile data, prayer tracker logs, and journal entries from our servers.
●We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

6. User Content

Imaan Pro allows you to create and store content such as journal entries, prayer tracker logs, and chatbot messages (collectively, "User Content").

●You retain full ownership of your User Content.
●You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Services to you.
●We do not read, monitor, or share your journal entries or personal reflections.
●You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

7. App Permissions

The app may request certain device permissions to provide its features:

Location (approximate & precise)	Qibla direction, automatic prayer time calculation
Notifications	Prayer time alerts, adhan reminders
Vibration	Adhan notification vibration pattern

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. The app will still function without them (with reduced functionality).

8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with the following third-party services, which may collect data under their own policies:

●Firebase (by Google) — Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions
●Google AdMob — In-app advertising
●Google Sign-In — Optional account authentication
●AlAdhan API — Prayer time calculations

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Please review their respective policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including content, design, logos, and software, are owned by Imaan Pro or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability. Prayer times, Qibla direction, and other calculations may vary based on device settings, location accuracy, and calculation methodology.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaan Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
