Welcome to Imaan Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Imaan Pro mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

You may choose to create an account to access certain features. When you do, we collect:

Journal entries	Your reflections and mood logs, stored in your account

Chatbot messages	Your conversations with the AI assistant

You can also use the App as a guest (anonymous) — in which case we do not collect the above information. Guest data is device-local and will be lost if you uninstall the app.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically:

●Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
●Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage frequency, session duration, and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics.
●Location Data: Approximate or precise location (only when you grant permission) for Prayer Times, Qibla direction, and Mosque Finder.
●Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID for serving ads through Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

●Account Management — To create and manage your account, verify your email, and allow you to sign in (email/password, Google, or guest).
●Cloud Sync — To sync your prayer tracker logs, journal entries, and profile across devices via Google Cloud Firestore.
●App Functionality — Location data for accurate prayer times and Qibla direction.
●Analytics — Firebase Analytics helps us understand usage to improve the App.
●Advertising — Google AdMob displays ads. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to serve relevant ads.
●Crash Reporting — Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs to help us fix issues.
●Notifications — To send prayer time reminders and adhan alerts (only if you grant permission).

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile → Delete Account screen. This will permanently remove:

●Your profile (name, email)
●Your prayer tracker history
●Your journal entries

This action cannot be undone. If you only wish to stop using the App, you can simply uninstall it — you do not need to delete your account.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Firebase (by Google)

Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Firebase stores your account credentials, profile, and synced data on Google Cloud servers.

6. Advertising

Imaan Pro displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free availability of the App.

How to opt out of personalized ads:

●Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
●You can also reset your advertising identifier from the same menu.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT:

✕Sell your personal data to third parties
✕Share your personal information for marketing purposes
✕Use your data beyond what is described in this policy

We may share anonymized, aggregated data with third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) strictly for analytics and advertising as described above.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data transmitted through Firebase and AdMob uses industry-standard encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention

●User Account Data (profile, prayer tracker, journals) — Retained until you delete your account.
●Firebase Analytics — Retained per Google's standard policy (typically 14 months for user-level data).
●Crash Reports — Retained for 90 days.

You may request deletion of your data by emailing us or using the in-app Delete Account feature.

10. Children's Privacy

Imaan Pro is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

●Access — Request information about the data we hold.
●Delete — Delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen or by contacting us.
●Opt-out — Disable personalized advertising through your device settings.
●Revoke Permissions — Revoke location or notification permissions from your device settings at any time.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
